Order Process

You need to decide the following:

• What type of cake or treat you want
• How many items you want (a minimum of 12 cupcakes may be ordered)
• The flavour / filling of the item(s)
• Date when item(s) is (are) required
• If you would like a certain theme, a photo (photos) of your idea is (are) required.

Cupcakes need to be ordered at least 1 week before the required date.
Cakes need to be ordered at least 2 – 3 weeks before the required date.

You must please complete the form to place your order.

A price will be determined when all required information has been received. Brigitte Bakes’ banking details will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp (depending on your preferred method of correspondence). You need to pay at least a 50% deposit via EFT (or cash) before work will be commenced. Proof of payment needs to be sent to brigitte@brigittebakes.co.za (or WhatsApp 082 254 0073). The final 50% can be paid via EFT 1 day before your order will be picked up OR cash can be paid on collection of your order.

No deliveries are done by Brigitte Bakes, except for wedding cakes or in the case of special arrangements. Delivery costs will be included in the original price determined by Brigitte Bakes.
